Urban AcademyDigital Marketing · AIThese Terms & Conditions apply to your enrolment in The Science of Digital Marketing training program by Urban Academy. By completing your payment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program access
ভর্তির পর আপনি Urban Academy app-এ access পাবেন, যেখানে live class-এ join, recorded class, নোট আর attachment থাকবে। Recorded class দেখতে app-এ login করতে হবে। অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে ক্লাস দেওয়া হয় না।
2. Payment
The program fee, once paid, is non-refundable. প্রোগ্রাম ফি একবার পরিশোধ করার পর কোনো refund-এর option থাকবে না, আপনি ক্লাসে যোগ দিতে পারুন বা না পারুন। Payments are made only against an official Urban Academy invoice. Urban Academy never asks for your OTP or PIN.
3. Licence and ownership
প্রোগ্রামের কনটেন্ট শুধু ভর্তি হওয়া শিক্ষার্থীর নিজের ব্যবহারের জন্য। Class video, slide বা অন্য কোনো learning material অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া, বিক্রি করা বা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। এই নিয়ম ভাঙলে digital piracy ও copyright আইনে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
4. Certification
Certificates are issued according to your tier. The CPD-accredited certificate is part of the Elite tier. Certification considers class attendance, assignment submission and the quality of your project work.
5. Conduct
Urban Academy may end your access to the program if you:
- অন্য শিক্ষার্থীর শেখায় বাধা দেন
- কোনো ধরনের হুমকি, হয়রানি বা অনৈতিক আচরণ করেন
- প্রোগ্রামের মান ও কমিউনিটি নীতিমালা ভাঙেন
6. Content use
All program materials are the intellectual property of Urban Academy. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed or modified, except for your personal learning.
7. Communication
সব অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ হবে আপনার নিবন্ধিত email, phone/SMS, WhatsApp নম্বর আর Urban Academy app-এর মাধ্যমে।
8. Changes to these terms
Urban Academy may update these Terms & Conditions. Any change will be communicated by email or in the app.
