Non-refundable policy
Once the program fee is paid, it is non-refundable, in full or in part.

Refund requests are not accepted for any reason, including partial attendance or a change in your personal schedule. Class recordings are provided so that missed classes can be caught up.
Why the fee is non-refundable
Your enrolment immediately triggers the following:
- Your place in the batch and class access are set up
- Your Urban Academy app account is activated
- Access to recorded classes and learning resources begins
- Tier benefits are released, such as premium tools for Pro and Elite
Because these resources are allocated to you personally, we cannot offer refunds.
What you receive
What you receive depends on the tier you choose (Live, Pro or Elite). The current inclusions of each tier are listed on the program page and on the batch fee section.
