How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@urbanacademybd.com with the subject Data deletion request, or send a WhatsApp message to +880 1968-141100.
- Include your full name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the same phone number or email.
What we delete
- Your enquiry and counselling records in our CRM
- Your Urban Academy app account and learning activity
- Your marketing contact preferences (you will stop receiving SMS, email and WhatsApp offers)
- Data received from Facebook or WhatsApp in connection with your enquiry
What we may need to keep
Payment and invoice records may have to be kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. These are kept securely and used for no other purpose.
Timeline
We confirm your request within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
